After scrapping the special status of JK many laws and orders were passed to change the ground status of JK. Abrogating Special Status of JK was just a deception so that many laws and orders to be implemented in JK should be done silently that can go unnoticed otherwise Special Status of JK was not such a big issue for occupier regime. They were in full control of JK through their proxies like Abdulla’s, Muftis, Lone’s and many others who were/are swimming in this pool of shit & betrayal. So what was/is the reason for such hasty step of Abrogation of Special Status? One of the main reasons of this ugly but strategic step was to keep world crying about this illegal step while occupier regime will slowly implement the laws and orders of changing ground dynamics of JK. And we are observing what steps were and are being taken place especially after this abrogation step. Many steps have been taken place just to Indianise valley but Kashmir diaspora is only focusing mainly on Abrogation act while Hindutva mentality forces are busy in changing dynamics of JK especially Kashmir. Since media is already kept under strict watch and control having many black sheep’s playing on occupier India’s side now occupier regime is paving ways for recruiting non-locals as many as it can by compelling local government employees to subjugate and kneel as much as they can. Regarding media various blogs especially previous one has in detail exposed those black sheep’s who are slaves not only to their greedy & filthy bellies but also have made the occupier regime their ultimate deity. Even some media guys are sponsored by occupier regime to carry out their nefarious work in many other countries especially some have been send to Turkey. One such guy stationed outside India is among such stooges who has a greater role in recent crackdown on Journalists by occupier JKP. (In coming blog I’ll be exposing these guys in detail about this scripted nefarious drama and the guys/Journal’s role behind these raids).

What is the motive and nefarious design that occupier regime wants to implement, actually started to implement after 5^th August 2020, the day when officially so called Special Status of JK was scrapped. Some of the achieved/implemented and to be achieved designs of occupier regime in the garb of special status abrogation:

• Paving ways for non-local entrepreneurs to grab land in pretext of starting/establishing business units,
• Disbanding JK Police (local security structure) by directly controlling it from Delhi,
• Filling government posts mostly with non-locals,
• Controlling all government offices by mixing staff with non-locals,
• Administrative heads either collaborators or non-locals,
• Creating employment especially for non-locals,
• Tightening the noose for local employees by various circulars so that they feel chocked in their offices/work structure,
• Cashing Kashmiri Pandiths as showing them as victim cards,
• Inflow of Kashmiri Pandiths back to Kashmir,
• Harassing of locals by various agencies,
• Administrative and Security powers in the hands of non-locals,
• Universities and colleges under the control of non-locals or those whose are hand in glove with the occupier administration,
• Influx of more and more non-locals especially in the form of labourers and so called skilled workers just to make them reside in the valley for maximum time,
• Domicile certificate to be issued with less period of time especially to non-locals,
• Making JK Police more Delhi friendly or we can say Delhi obedient,
• Decision making posts to be assigned (actually has been assigned) to non-locals be it IAS, IPS or any other posts regarding signing authority posts like Tehsildar, accounts dept. of any office,
• Controlling educational system by implementing Hindutva designed curriculum,
• In the grab of sports events engaging youth in culturally degraded activities,
• Demonizing Kashmir struggle by engaging some stooge media fraternity, business fraternity by getting some favors.
• Curb religious activities in the grab of security and national integrity concern,
• Indulging Kashmiris in sectarian debates,
• Paving ways to ban religious organizations (in one of the previous blogs already had mentioned how Operation J was conducted against Jamat-e-Islami),
• Taking control of all religious, non-religious organizations like Auqaf etc.

These are some of the silent programs which were/are the main motive that occupier regime wants to be implemented in JK and many have already been implemented.  Recent circular for government employees is an example of latest hegemony of this occupier regime in which all the government employees are being ordered to submit every input about their relatives, neighbors etc. whosoever they see inclined towards Kashmir cause otherwise they have to face consequences and the consequences is the termination. In other words occupier regime wants government employees to act as informers as like JK Police. This is a step towards employing non-locals in the long run. So what are the steps that Freedom Fighters and Freedom lovers have to take so that the nefarious design of the filthy occupier receives a severe setback to a very larger extend. Some of the strategies have already been mentioned and discussed in one of the previous blog and here some more strategies will be mentioned which already are functional in the field and they are:

• Target every non-local official whether in the valley or at their native places,
• Target non-locals whosoever comes to valley for long stay,
• Kashmiri Pandiths who have migrated from Kashmir in early 1990’s and now are planning to shift back,
• Every non-local employee whosoever it might be irrespective of the department he/she is employed with/in,
• Target every house of JK Police personnel whosoever is involved in anti-Kashmir struggle,
• Petrol bombs, stones etc. to be thrown towards informers locations locally,
• Wherever any non-local is located he is to be warned to leave Valley at earliest, (it will not damage the image of JK but/in fact will safeguard the sanity and culture of JK ),
• Local Government employees should show their resentment against such orders/circulars which tries to curb their freedom and goes against their work,
• Sports events organized by occupier regime and its stooges has to be banned/boycotted,
• Whosoever involved in government/occupational forces events has to be dealt harshly,
• Don’t welcome those Kashmiri Pandiths who have migrated from Kashmir and are now showing their filthy faces again in the Valley,
• Target those heads of educational institutions who are hand in glove with the occupier,
• Boycott all those media outlets who names have emerged as collaborators,
• Maintain distance with the occupier stooges and its forces especially JK Police whosoever is directly or indirectly involved in anti-Kashmir cause,
• Identify every collaborator and traitor,
• Freedom Fighters have to prioritize their targets according to the Kashmir cause,
• Locals should shun their dependence on non-locals,
• Keep distance from such elements who are against Kashmir cause,
• Try to understand the negative impact of non-locals residing in JK,
• Non-locals to be targeted irrespective of their nature of work (this act might look vague but in the long run it will prove beneficial and effective for Kashmir Cause).
• Since outsiders come to JK for harassing, brutalizing and controlling JK affairs so it becomes mandatory to expanding operation outside JK and it is to intensified.

” Kashmir Freedom Struggle needs effective and constructive measures to be carried out that can change the course of this Pious Resistance. These measures are to be implemented and the Resistance is to be carried out in its true sense with result oriented attacks.”

It is important here to mention that Occupation is not just that one’s land or property is being forcefully occupied by some Occupier and it tries to rule the land with his/her might guarding the occupied land with some goons/mercenaries (occupational forces) but Occupation here means all that the Occupier tries to do and implement in the occupied land. Be implementing new laws, executing new orders, impurity of the culture by the Occupier, creating atmosphere for manipulation of demographic changes, attacking the sanity of the land as well as locals etc. So under the broader prospective what Occupation effects in the occupied land it is peremptory to broaden the field of Resistance activities and strike there where it pains more and immensely point out those areas to target which will affect the future plans of Occupier and pains it the most. It may look like non-beneficial at first stage but in terms of future Resistance effectiveness these targets are most important and imperative to be carried out. Kashmir Freedom Struggle needs effective and constructive measures to be carried out that can change the course of this Pious Resistance. These measures are to be implemented and the Resistance is to be carried out in its true sense with result oriented attacks.
